All proceeds will go entirely to the communities to fund their own projects. The Academic Tables, the university\u2019s canteen, supported by a number of osterias and restaurants belonging to the Slow Food Chefs\u2019 Alliance, will also be selling food, the proceeds of which will help cover the costs of meals for refugees invited to the Festival. It will also be possible to make a direct donation to the refugees\u2019 meals using special tokens, following the \u201csuspended coffee\u201d model that started in Naples.<\/p>\n<p>On Monday there will be an Eat-In, in which anyone can participate by bringing along a dish or foods to share and filling in a form in advance.
