The UNISG Publications Report is a useful tool for getting to know the research activity conducted by the University of Gastronomic Sciences. Indeed, it offers an overview of the works produced by the professors, research fellows, research collaborators e PhD students<\/strong> of the University.<\/p>\n

The report shows a framework of international research<\/strong> that develops by addressing the issues of food through different scientific-disciplinary areas.<\/p>\n

Moreover, it highlights a dense network of collaborations<\/strong> between the researchers and professors of the University and numerous national and international universities and research centers: one exchange of knowledge that enriches the daily life of the research that Pollenzo dedicates to.<\/p>\n
