For example, the survey covers: the lecturer\u2019s clarity in presenting content, clarity in defining exam procedures, overall satisfaction with the course;<\/li>\n<li>University services and facilities. For example, the survey covers: classrooms, library, Career Center, dining facilities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The main objective of the survey is to collect students\u2019 opinions\u2014 in accordance with the national regulatory framework \u2014 and make them available to lecturers, Degree Program Coordinators, the Joint Student-Teacher Committee, the Evaluation Unit, and the Quality Assurance Office, for analysis and enhancement as part of the Degree Programs\u2019 Quality Assurance system.<\/p>\n<p>Questionnaires are completed online via the Esse3 portal.<\/p>\n<p>For each course (or module), opinions must be provided according to the procedures outlined in the <a href=\"https:\/\/old.unisg.oiss.io\/assets\/UNISG_Linee-Guida-rilevazione-opinione-studenti_2026.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">University&#8217;s Guidelines<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Completing the questionnaire is mandatory in order to register for exam sessions related to each course (or module).<\/p>\n<p>The questionnaire is completely anonymous: the system does not allow in any way to trace back the identity of the responding student.<\/p>\n<p>The aggregated results are published in the public area, anonymously, for each course or module, indicating the percentage of positive responses for each question in the questionnaire.<\/p>\n<p>The survey results are an essential tool for the University&#8217;s Quality Assurance: they are used to promote the active involvement of lecturers, technical-administrative staff, students, and PhD candidates in self-assessment and evaluation processes, ensuring access to data and information for all stakeholders at an appropriate level of detail.<\/p>\n<div class=\"accordion-wrapper accordion-blucollapse\"><div class=\"accordion-header\"
