Enrollment\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

The deadline for pre-registration is\u00a010th September 2021.<\/p>\n

Pre-registration must be carried out through the website by clicking on “Apply now” and filling in the online form.<\/p>\n

To confirm the pre-registration, you must pay a deposit of 150\u20ac (+ 22% VAT).<\/p>\n

As soon as the minimum number of participants\u00a0is reached, an e-mail will be sent from\u00a0summerschool@unisg.it<\/a>\u00a0with\u00a0the instructions as to how to proceed with the payment.<\/p>\n

The deadline for the\u00a0payment of the remaining amount\u00a0is\u00a01st October 2021. Also in this case an email will be sent as a reminder.<\/p>\n

If this sum is not received by the established date, participation is considered unconfirmed and the university will free up the place for another candidate on the waiting list.<\/p>\n

Refunds and cancellations\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Once the second installment has been paid, if necessary you can still cancel by sending\u00a0an email to\u00a0summerschool@unisg.it<\/a>\u00a0by\u00a08th October 2021; in this case the 50% of the total amount paid will be refunded.<\/p>\n

After this date, cancellations will not be refunded.<\/p>\n

In case the course has to be cancelled due to the ongoing COVID 19 emergency, any paid deposits or installments will be fully refunded.<\/p>\n
