Get ready to enjoy UNISG+ and the array of classes created by <strong>alumni, (visiting) professors, students, and experts of the sector!\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The first two available courses are <strong>\u201cHistory of Italian Cuisine\u201d<\/strong>, which will take you on a historical adventure from the Romans to the Middle Ages, from Marco Polo\u2019s travels to the cuisine of Italian emigrants abroad.
