The University of Gastronomic Sciences<\/strong> can be found inside Lingotto Oval at the 2012 edition of Salone del Gusto and Terra Madre, with a large exposition area devoted to meetings and conferences as well as to informational and didactic activities.<\/p>\n

Among the innumerable initiatives of UNISG, many have been envisioned and organized solely by the students of our university<\/strong>. Particular attention has been placed on food and environmental education for kids, as well as space for conviviality with the Eat-In and the discovery of tastes in the Taste Workshops.<\/p>\n

Conferences and Presentations<\/h2>\n

At the University of Gastronomic Sciences stand at the Oval, lecturers and students will meet the public every day to present projects, studies, books and debates on academic and other aspects of gastronomic science. Most events will be accompanied by tastings of related products and will be a unique opportunity to find out about UNISG activities firsthand.<\/p>\n

Personal Shoppers<\/h2>\n

The Personal Shoppers are students from the University of Gastronomic Sciences in Pollenzo, trained to observe, understand and analyzethe food world. The Personal Shoppers are available to take visitors on a tour of flavors, scents, images and stories.<\/p>\n

Along the way, they’ll chat with producers, discover Italy’s diverse regions, learn tips for preparing quick and healthy meals and finding good food away from home and hear the complex stories behind everyday products, opening up a different perspective on the world of food.<\/p>\n

Here are the different options:<\/p>\n
