These are some of the themes the Personal Shoppers can use as the basis of a tour that will open visitors’ eyes and inspire their gastronomic curiosity. Slow Food Presidia<\/h2>\n

\nThe Slow Food Presidia products are unfortunately not widely known, understood or experienced by most attendees to Salone Del Gusto. This personal shopper would be an important moment of connection between Presidia “producers” and Salone Del Gusto attending “co-producers”.
\nDuring this tour it will be build a “Il Pranzo nel Piatto” of Slow Food Presidia products. The components of this “Il Pranzo nel Piatto” will include a cured meat product, cheese, bread, fruit or vegetable, legume or pasta, vegetable, cocoa or coffee.<\/p>\n
