Visitors to the Salone del Gusto and Terra Madre can discover the typical regional products of Italy, like rare mountain cheeses or an infinite variety of different beans. A special tour is \u201cReturn to the Land: Young People Following in Their Grandparents\u2019 Footsteps,\u201d an introduction to young farmers at the Salone.
