Embark on a gastronomic exploration that will leave you yearning for more! The University of Pollenzo invites future culinary and food science enthusiasts to an orientation day dedicated entirely to unraveling the mysteries of Gastronomic Sciences.
Crafted to initiate students into this fascinating field, this event offers an all-day immersive experience ranging from guided tours to stimulating lectures and workshops by prominent faculty members.
Highlights of the Day:
9:00 – 10:00AM at Cascina Albertina
An official welcome and registration for all attendees, followed by a rotating schedule of campus tours.
10 – 11:00AM
UNISG Rector, Professor Bartolomeo Biolatti, will grace the event with his welcoming remarks and followed by the greetings by UNISG President, Mr. Carlo Petrini
11:00 – 1:00PM
Introduction sessions to the undergraduate degree course and to the postgraduate course and Master programs.
Gastronomic Labs and lectures.
1:00 – 2:00PM LUNCH at Tavole Accademiche, the UNISG cafeteria.
Enjoy a Traditional Menu or a Garden Menu. 3 courses.
