Academic Tables Gastronomic Garden
In 2013 a vertical garden planted with herbs and other aromatic plants was built in the Academic Tables courtyard. The goal was to create a greener environment and to bring together the aromatic plants used in cooking by the Academic Tables guest chefs.
In 2014 construction began on a vegetable garden that will offer a multi-sensory experience. The garden includes fruit trees, climbing roses, herbs, edible flowers and other culinary plants for use in the Academic Tables project.
