Unisg at Cheese 2023
Cheese, the largest international event dedicated to raw milk cheeses, returns to Bra from 15 to 18 September 2023. Organized by Slow Food and the City of Bra, with the support of the Piedmont Region, the fourteenth edition brings together a population of shepherds , cheese makers, refiners and enthusiasts around the claim The taste of the meadows, to underline how the best cheeses derive from the milk of animals fed on the pasture, respectful of the territories, animal welfare and our health.
