3 of the chefs from UNISG Academic Tables project feted at the World’s 50 Best Restaurant 2013 awards

Three of the star chefs who will be coming to Pollenzo in the coming months have just received new accolades.

They are the fourth- and sixth-ranked names in the World’s 50 Best Restaurant 2013 list — the Basque Andoni Luis Aduriz of Mugaritz in Errenteria, Spain (in Pollenzo from June 17 to 21) and Brazilian Alex Atala of D.O.M. in São Paulo, Brazil, nominated the best restaurant in South America (from December 2 to 6) — plus the one and only Nadia Santini of the Dal Pescatore restaurant in Canneto sull’Oglio, near Mantua, winner of the world’s best female chef award, who’ll be with us from October 7 to 11. Yet more prestigious trophies to add to the cabinets of these three culinary superstars!

The World’s 50 Best Restaurant 2013, organized by Restaurant Magazine with a panel of 900 critics, chefs and members of the trade who recommend the finest eating places in all the regions of the world, is one of the most eagerly awaited events on the gastronomic calendar.
