On Friday April 2012, at nine o’clock, in the Aula Magna of the University of Gastronomic Sciences in Pollenzo, the degree ceremony will be held for eleven students on the “Graduate Degree Course in the Promotion and Management of the Gastronomic Heritage and Tourism”. Eliana Bruno, 25, Castagnole delle Lanze (Asti), with a thesis on “Cascina Castiglione Nuovo: l’acqua e la terra. Elementi di caratterizzazione per una riscoperta del territorio, anche in chiave progettuale” (Cascina Castiglione Nuovo: water and the earth.
