Kick-off for UNISG’s new Master in Food Culture and Communications: Marketing and Sustainability of High-Quality Products and the Master in Italian Wine Culture

The first week of April marks the start of  the freshly updated Master in Food Culture and Communications: Marketing and Sustainability of High-Quality Products and the first English edition of the Master in Italian Wine Culture.

As  these two international Master Programs are taught in English, they are seeing enrollment from around the globe.

Designed to train the Food & Beverage managers and buyers of the future, this first edition of the Master in Food Culture and Communication has 28 students with diverse backgrounds from 11 different countries: Austria, Belgium, Korea, Germany, India, Indonesia, Italy, Norway, Russia, Switzerland and United States.
This dynamic combination of different cultures and international vision will open up a world of great opportunities for all involved.

This same week, Pollenzo welcomes  the newly enrolled students of the Master in Italian Wine Culture, taught for the first time exclusively in English.  Coming from 5 different countries – Australia, Japan, Italy, Russia, Vietnam – these 15 students are eager to become the new wine tellers, our enological ambassadors of Italian wine marketing and communication.
