Everything is ready for the start of teaching activities at UNISG. On Monday September 5, the classrooms will welcome two classes, one of 24 students and one of 25, for the new Master of Gastronomy: Food in the World.

This English-language Master has been developed to focus in more detail on the world’s food cultures and to train and inspire new professionals with an awareness of a gastronomic and social landscape in constant flux.
