UNISG is launching the following Summer Schools for 2026:


  • Artisanal Wine: Responsibility, Communication, and Future ( in Italian) 8th-9th May 2026
  • Future Scenarios of the Good Life: (in Italian) June 11th–13th, 2026
  • Sciences in the Kitchen: From Farm to Fork (in English), 22nd – 25th June 2026
  • The art of fermentation: Where Tradition Meets Science (in English), 29th June – 2nd July 2026

Short courses dedicated to specific themes related to food and explored through lessons, workshops and visits to producers.

These courses are open to:

  • foodies wanting to feed their curiosity in an intense food experience
  • professionals who want to learn more about a specific sector
