Food, Philosophy and Art – Convergence Pollenzo

On Thursday March 7, another grand degree ceremony at the University of Gastronomic Sciences in Pollenzo. Fifty students from the three-year undergraduate and two-year graduate degree courses and 17 postgraduate master students

The students come from Piedmont, Lombardy, Liguria, Emilia Romagna, Veneto, Trentino, Lazio, Campania, Puglia, Calabria, Sardinia.
And from Australia, Austria, Brazil, Canada, Germany, Gabon, Israel, Latvia, Russia, Singapore, Spain, Switzerland, Turkey, United Kingdom, United States. The day will come to a close at 4pm in the parish church of San Vittore with special guests Lella Costa, Matteo Renzi, Gianmaria Testa and Gustavo Zagrebelsky.
